I would never wish this on anyone because it leaves me lost in it for hours on end. If I'm stressed, I do it, if I'm bored, I do it, if I'm depressed I do it. If I just simply find one, I have to get it. I stop everything I'm doing to get it and won't stop until it's gone and bleeding. I do it to gain control. I do it because I believe it'll go away. It's an imperfection that needs to disappear. It never does, it just leaves a scar.
