I am one of 5 kids who moved back home 4 years ago to move in with and take care of our elderly parents. I have had OCD most of my adult life and I am coping with it, but I could still afford to have it more in check, as it manages to be a drag on my getting through the day. I'm not in therapy or on meds these days but I am continuing to work on exposure therapy to help keep the monster at bay.
