I've suffered from pretty severe trichotillomania since age 7, and have experienced some degree of Pure O symptoms for as long as I can remember. The latter is usually at a mild level, but I've had some lengthy flare-ups where the obsessive thoughts/reactions would consume hours a day.
I really enjoy helping others struggling with mental health issues. In cases where I cannot offer specific advice, I'm at least a compassionate, attentive listener. First and foremost, I'm looking for friends on here, but am open to most connections.
In addition to OCD, I suffer from dysthymia, major depression, and Avoidant Personality Disorder. I'm a trans man, currently in earlyish transition. I'm in therapy for my mental health issues, although my OCD itself is not currently being addressed as strongly as it should.
